Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37.1 from 1994 with three owners from new. This popular cruiser offers three double cabins, two head compartments and an extremely comfortable saloon layout. Ease of sail handling is provided by in-mast reefing, with sail control lines led back to the cockpit. The design combines good sailing performance with generous accommodation.

'SY Avare' has benefitted from a regular programme of upgrades and maintenance during current ownership, with standing rigging replaced in 2014 by MOSS Rigging Co. She is afloat at Marmaris Yacht Marina in Turkey. We can provide mechanics and maintenance reports of the boat to serious potential buyers. The boat’s furniture and the floors are in good condition. The 4JH2 48HP Yanmar engine works in good order and takes 5936 hours to operate. There are 2 (two) solar panels which are working in good order. There is a brand new oven with two hobs on board which works great. Beds, Dingy, Outboard engine, service battery (Lityum 100A), Bimini, Sprayhood, Salon deck hatch, gangway and the moving rigging have been renewed in previous years. A Simrad Radar, Simrad Chartplotter, Raymarine Autopilot and 50 meters additional (Total:100 M) galvanised chain were also added to the boat inventory within the last 4, 5 years.

The owner lives in Turkey. SY Avare is for sale from the third owner. She has been never chartered. The owner is willing to quit boating. That’s why she was put on for sale. The boat demonstrations will be held during the week's working hours, including Saturdays. Appointments are needed to see the boat.
